What equipment do we need? 

All the workouts can be modified to be done without any equipment, though we recommend having a set or two of dumbbells and booty bands to get the best results.

Krystal Nielson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, AFPA Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and busy toddler mom.
