FALL IS FINALLY HERE! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ‘ป

I can't even begin to explain how excited I am about the seasons changing ๐Ÿฅฐ It's time to break out our cozy sweaters, socks, and leggings, make a cup of organic chai tea, and sit by the fireplace! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I feel like I'm forgetting something, though... something completely, unapologetically "fall" that you HAVE to have for the season to truly be in full swing... ๐Ÿค”

Just kidding! I didn't forget about ๐ŸŽƒ PUMPKIN SPICE! ๐ŸŽƒ How could I?! Nothing beats getting in the fall spirit like having all the seasonal goodies that come along with it, and Pumpkin Spice is my personal fav! ๐Ÿค—

Sometimes it's hard to find Pumpkin Spice-flavored foods that are also good for you, though. ๐Ÿ˜• Everything seems to be jam-packed with things like sugar and other not-so-great additives, these days. ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Well guess what? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ I have some great news for you...

Introducing: The TBG Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie!!! ๐ŸŽƒ

This is a game changer, you guys! ๐Ÿคฉ I haven't tasted a healthy Pumpkin Spice option this good in a LONG time. It's six simple ingredients, one of them being my favorite โœจ Garden of Life Raw Organic Vanilla Protein โœจ, and they all combine to make a smooth, creamy, touch-of-seasonal-spicy smoothie! I honestly almost forgot that it was a protein smoothie and not a milkshake. ๐Ÿฆ Not kidding! ๐Ÿ˜‹

The recipe is simple:

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Purรฉe
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Ice
  • OPTIONAL: 1/2 Frozen Banana OR 1/4 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

Put all the ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, pour into your favorite pint glass, sprinkle a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice on top, and enjoy! ๐Ÿฅฐ

For my friends who are new to adding protein powder to their smoothies, I would suggest adding the optional 1/2 Frozen Banana or the 1/4 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt to make your smoothie, well, a little more smooth! ๐ŸŒ
