💚 Green Bean Casserole - Try making your own homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup with organic ingredients! 😋 Even the 98% Fat Free Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup is LOADED with sodium 🙅‍♀️ By making it yourself, you can not only use organic ingredients, but you can also use Pink Himalayan Salt, which contains more Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Iron than regular table salt! 🧂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🍞 Thanksgiving Stuffing - Swap the Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix for a fresher recipe… and make sure to use Gluten Free bread! 🥐Trader Joe’s has an AMAZING Gluten Free bread, as does the brand Schär, which can be found in most grocery stores (even Walmart)! 🥖 Consider adding apples, onions, celery, and/or golden raisins to your stuffing to give it that classic fall “crunch!”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🍠 Sweet Potato Casserole - Face it, this recipe is always delicious, and ALWAYS loaded with sugar 😅 Try swapping the Brown Sugar in the topping for either Coconut Sugar or Golden Lakanto Sweetener, and if you use Maple Syrup, swap that for Lakanto Maple Syrup! 🍁
