Enjoy this Chili Lime Corn Recipe as an addition to any of your Summer BBQ meals, or even as a snack on its own! Packed with flavor and freshness, this dish is sure to please any crowd!
• 4-6 Ears Of Corn
• 3 Limes - 1 Juiced, 1 Cut In Half, And 1 Sliced.
• 1-2 Tsp Tajin Or Chili Powder
• 1 Tsp Vegan Mayo
• 1 Tsp Cumin
Shuck corn and place on sheet pan. Squeeze 1 lime on corn. Then sprinkle 1 tsp of tajin or chili powder on top - feel free to rub it in so it’s nice and evenly coated!
Grill Corn directly on BBQ Grates for approximately 10 minutes, turning every couple minutes.
Mix lime juice, mayo, tajin or chili powder and cumin together in a bowl.
Once corn is cooked, remove from heat, place on sheet pan and drizzle with mayo cream mixture.
